Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at bluhe.ai ("Website") and all related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by CIRCLED TOUCH GLOBAL LIMITED ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). bluhe.ai is a social-first AI search engine that helps users discover what people are saying across social media platforms including X (Twitter), Reddit, TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. 2. Description of the Service

bluhe.ai is a social-first AI search engine. Instead of traditional blue links, bluhe.ai returns results from multiple social media platforms — including TikToks, Reels, YouTube videos, X posts, Reddit threads, and Facebook posts. We aggregate and display publicly available social media content using platform-provided embeds and always link back to the original post on its native platform. We do not host, store, or claim ownership of any third-party content displayed through the Service. All embedded content remains the property of its respective creators and platforms.

3. Definitions

Account — means an individualized user panel for accessing the Service.

Company — means CIRCLED TOUCH GLOBAL LIMITED.

Content — means any text, images, videos, posts, or other material displayed on or through the Service, including Third-Party Content.

Device — means any computer, smartphone, tablet, or other electronic device used to access the Service.

Service — means the Website and all features, tools, and functionality provided by bluhe.ai.

Third-Party Content — means any content originating from external social media platforms (such as X, TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Reddit, and Facebook) that is displayed on the Service via platform embeds or links.

Third-Party Platforms — means external social media services including but not limited to X (Twitter), TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Reddit, and Facebook.

User — means any individual who accesses or uses the Service.

Website — means the web pages located at bluhe.ai.

4. General Rules

By using the Service, you accept these Terms in full. The Service is available for personal, non-commercial use. Using the Website requires a Device that:

  • has access to the Internet,
  • runs one of the following browsers: Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Microsoft Edge, or Opera (version no older than one year),
  • has JavaScript enabled.

    • 5. Account

    You may create an Account to access additional features of the Service. When you create an Account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your Account. You must notify us immediately at support@bluhe.ai if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your Account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Accounts that violate these Terms.

    6. Third-Party Content and Intellectual Property

    The Service displays Third-Party Content from various social media platforms. We want to be transparent about how this works:

  • We do not own, host, or store Third-Party Content. All videos, posts, images, and other media displayed through the Service are the property of their respective creators and platforms.
  • We display Third-Party Content using official embed functionality provided by each platform (such as X embeds, YouTube embeds, TikTok embeds, Instagram embeds, etc.).
  • Every piece of Third-Party Content displayed on the Service includes a link to the original post on its native platform, so users can always visit the source directly.
  • We respect the intellectual property rights of all content creators and platform providers. If content is removed from its original platform, it will no longer be accessible through our Service.
  • Our use of Third-Party Content is subject to each platform's terms of service and embed policies.

    • 7. Our Intellectual Property

    The Service, the Website, and their original content (excluding Third-Party Content), features, functionality, design, and branding are and will remain the exclusive property of the Company. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without our prior written consent. You may not modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.

    8. Copyright Policy

    We respect the intellectual property rights of others. Since we display Third-Party Content via platform embeds and link to original sources, the content remains under the control of its original creators and platforms. However, if you believe that any content accessible through the Service infringes your copyright, please submit a notice to support@bluhe.ai with the subject line "Copyright Infringement" including:

  • a description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed,
  • the URL on our Service where the allegedly infringing content appears,
  • your contact information (name, address, email, phone number),
  • a statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner,
  • a statement under penalty of perjury that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf,
  • your electronic or physical signature.

    • We will respond to valid copyright notices and may remove or disable access to the relevant content on our Service.

    9. Prohibited Uses

    You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • use the Service in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation,
  • exploit, harm, or attempt to harm minors in any way,
  • impersonate the Company, a Company employee, another User, or any other person or entity,
  • use any automated means (bots, scrapers, spiders) to access the Service without our prior written consent,
  • interfere with, disable, overburden, or damage the Service or its infrastructure,
  • introduce viruses, trojan horses, worms, or other malicious code,
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its servers,
  • attack the Service via denial-of-service or distributed denial-of-service attacks,
  • download, redistribute, or republish Third-Party Content displayed on the Service in violation of the original creator's or platform's rights,
  • otherwise attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Service.

    The Service contains links to Third-Party Platforms and other external websites. These links are provided so you can access the original source of content displayed on our Service. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any Third-Party Platforms. Your use of Third-Party Platforms is governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGE OR LOSS CAUSED BY OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF ANY THIRD-PARTY PLATFORM.

    We may use third-party service providers to monitor and analyze the use of our Service.

THE COMPANY MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE SERVICE OR ANY THIRD-PARTY CONTENT DISPLAYED THROUGH IT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT ANY THIRD-PARTY CONTENT WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR AVAILABLE. WE DO NOT ENDORSE, VERIFY, OR GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF ANY THIRD-PARTY CONTENT. COMPANY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. THE FOREGOING DOES NOT AFFECT ANY WARRANTIES WHICH CANNOT BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.

    13. Limitation of Liability

    THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY THIRD-PARTY CONTENT DISPLAYED THROUGH THE SERVICE, INCLUDING ITS ACCURACY, LEGALITY, OR DECENCY. THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONTENT THAT HAS BEEN REMOVED, ALTERED, OR MADE UNAVAILABLE BY THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS. EXCEPT AS PROHIBITED BY LAW, YOU WILL HOLD THE COMPANY AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS HARMLESS FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. IF THERE IS LIABILITY FOUND ON THE PART OF THE COMPANY, IT WILL BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICE, IF ANY. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

    By creating an Account, you may agree to subscribe to newsletters, updates, or promotional materials. You can opt out of marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us at support@bluhe.ai.

    15. Error Reporting and Feedback

    You may provide us with feedback, suggestions, or bug reports at support@bluhe.ai ("Feedback"). You acknowledge that: (i) Feedback does not contain your confidential or proprietary information; (ii) the Company is not under any obligation of confidentiality with respect to the Feedback; (iii) the Company may freely use, modify, and distribute the Feedback for any purpose.

    17. Termination

    We may terminate or suspend your Account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. If you wish to terminate your Account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us at support@bluhe.ai. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

    18. Governing Law

    These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

    We reserve the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We will not be liable if any part of the Service is unavailable at any time.

    No waiver by the Company of any term or condition shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver.
